Hmmm. This looks interesting.

Personal_google

Update: As Steve Rubel points out in the comments, this is nearly a year old. Oddly, it doesn’t appear to have advanced much during that time. Does anyone else think Google has more “live” beta software than any other company in the history of computing?

Just curious– where did you get that sliding Personalize bar on your graphic?

I can get to the site and enter my profile, but that particular toy escapes me.

Still, even without it, it looks promising.
    Thanks!

After you finish the profile and perform a search, you get the slider.

Ed, this is old – almost a year old. I am not sure if you are reporting this as news, but here’s a group post dating back a year ago…

  • Ed Bott says:

Thanks, Steve. I just read through the archives of that group and then did a little extra searching and stumbled across this press release. What an odd beta! It seems to have been just floating around for nearly a year without any serious development.

  • That definitely narrows it down, and the dozen searches I performed were quite accurate. That’s impressive.
