Thank you for the offer of the dvd it is much appreciated since I only have a dialup connection. I have been interested in seeing if it is really faster then Vista and more reliable as stated.

Ed,

I’m a 63 yr old man, retired from a software company that would
interested in a dvd copy of Windows 7 RC. I’m currently running
Windows Vista.

With my contract with Verison Broadband ” wireless ” we are
limited to 5gb of data a month and the size of Windows 7
could put me over the limit.

I would greatly appreciate a copy of the above software !

The Windows 7 feature I want to learn most about is the virtual wireless adapter. Since someone already said that, I am also interested in Win 7’s handling of HDCP and other DRM. I do a lot of presentations with video clips, and I don’t really want DRM to stop me from making a visual point.

Ed, will pass on the DVD, so strike me off the list. As far as articles. something in depth about Media Center and Digital Cable Tuners.

I have been curious about the complete plans on how CableCard tech will work on 7. With Vista it took a specialized version of the OS only available to special OEM’s. What’s the plan with 7?
