Ten years ago today

I was at the launch of Windows 95. I’d like to say I remember it like it was yesterday, but that would be far from true!

Here’s the proof that I was there, though. This was a tough ticket!

    I probably need to update my bio and put it in a prominent place on the site, because there’s a lot of people who don’t know my background! Yes, I spent roughly 10 years at PC Computing (and its successor, Smart Business). I was editor of PCC for about two years and then I was Senior Contributing Editor, during which time I wrote close to a million words, most of them on Windows.
